Da auch die Amtrak Verspätungen einfahren kann, verliessen kamen wir in New York Penn Station mit 25 Minuten Verspätung um 12. Ein paar Blocks runterwatscheln und schon waren wir beim Hotel Holiday Inn, wo wir das Zimmer gleich beziehen konnten. In der 5th Avenue mussten wir besonders bei Abercrombie, Hollister und Apple vorbei. Bei Apple war die Hölle los, war doch der erste Verkaufstag des iPad Air. Neuland war für uns auch der High Line Park.
